Many of the newest art updates have actually been made in the animations, weapon particles, and in special effects, which are much harder to show in screenshots. For instance, Hellions now burn Marines to a crisp when they are destroyed by the flames. Dark Templars also end up eviscerating Marauders in a ruthless fashion. In our next batch we'll see if we can emphasize on some of these new additions made.

Actually I think most of them are new. Some look like old screen shots, but have different action taking place or new models. (Thats what I'm thinking anyway)

I'll point out a couple of things:
http://i433.photobucket.com/albums/q...enshot09-2.jpg

The immortals in the bottom right, have new guns. They are not the square bulky old guns or the more recent double skinny guns. They are double thick guns now. I like them.

The environments are looking really good.

Pretty cool. However, they're turning Creep all liquidy again...

The terrain getting so detailed, I wonder if it might get too detailed xD

Everything except the second screenshot is new to my knowledge.

It looks like the immortal has had its guns returned to the original cannon style, a welcome change. I'm liking the the way new stalker looks with the larger "shield" on its side, it fits much better alongside other protoss.

One thing I'm not liking is the way the zerglings look. They look too wormy, too sleek almost. They look better w/o the wings but they still look just off I feel. Mutalisks have started to annoy me the way they look. Its probably a tired comparison at this point but they really do remind me of the gargoyles from WC3 and they have the same overly ornamented problem the hydralisks have.

Tone down the spikes on hydras and mutas. When they are massed its all spikes, it seems. That one thing has really been bothering me as well. If the unit doesn't look unique enough on its own... simply adding spikes will not help.

I'm thankful they've reduced the size of the Ultralisk and Thor. And the terrain is just looking exquisite!

Also, are we seeing a return of team-colored psi blades?

Ah i didnt catch that. It's not so bad, at least the majority of psi isn't team coloured. Maybe they decided that the psi blades glow enough that it confused players which team they were on... hmm

and the creep looks like it's not textured properly

Screenshot 12-2 has a unit that I'm not familiar with. Maybe I missed an article or something, but what is that?

Screenshot 10-2 is a good shot in seeing the creep, and yes, I agree, it doesn't look very impressive. Even back at BlizzCon it looked pretty bad. I had even asked Dustin about that when I caught him after the tournament awards presentation, and he said he wasn't very happy with it, but they were more focused on getting the races structured for the build than some of the cosmetic details.

Screenshot 06-2 is an older shot, and can't be relied on to confirm the current presence of Protoss team colored psi.

Screenshot 02-2 looks cool, with the Colossi seemingly coming out from the unseen watery areas. Whether this means that they can walk on water, I'm not sure, since water is a barrier no different than the magma on the lavaworld and empty space of the space platform.

damn rich in detail nails it for all the environments... i just hope we are going to be able to use such fields and building structures as doodads, for mp maps. i mean the terrain except the creep is real eyecandy. and yes thank god they adjusted some units in size.
btw i find it funny stalkers are able to move below colossi <- which are still giants but i think they also need the size to walk over cliffs otherwise it would look silly.

@zero i guess these are http://www.sc2armory.com/game/terran/units/auto-turret/
afaik two of them can be deployed per unit. not sure if they vanish after some time to place two new ones or if you need/are able to recollect them.
