Yeah, it is pretty easy to generate a unique identifier for each map. Now I doubt Blizzard would want to waste their server space with this, but if they did that would be really nice.

It would be very possible to implement, just not the way you are suggesting. :) The data should obviously be kept by the battle.net servers, just like the ladder. Now there are many theoretical ways...

Re: karune batch 12 - FIREBAT IS BACK!

He he, I personally just assumed that they would improve on the Medic AI this way, since we have seen all the other nice AI improvements. Still very nice to get confirmations of my assumptions. :)

Re: ''How do people feel about the nerfed mothership?'' poll

Nice idea for the black hole, Henshin. That way we would have a balanced black hole with quite realistic scifi physics. Black hole shouldn't be able to wipe out your entire fleet but annihilation for...

Re: Hmmm, How does the Bandhsee fly in space?

Indeed the Banshee does not use any magic, it is the orbital platforms that are magical. How else are the tanks able to driver around and buildings burn when damaged?

I really hope that Defilers will return. They were my favourite spell casters in the original game.

Units that must return:
Drone
Overlord
Zergling
Hydralisk
Mutalisk
Guardian
Scourge

Irradiate was more dangerous in that you had to burrow the irradiated unit or move it away from your army. A sniped unit on the other hand will simply instantly die.
