i think that, having the goal to differentiate the 3 races, only terran will mantain invisible units. Zerg will have burrow, as usual, and protoss will likely lose the dark templars and the arbiter

It could be more balanced if at Lair or Hive level you could evolve a normal zerglings in a baneling or in a "wingling", making that a wingling (that could jump over cliffs) can't morph in baneling....

I think that giving to protoss a superunit is a way to differentiate more the 3 races.
Other races I assume that don't have superunits: Terran have a superweapon (nuke).

They haven't the power of overwhelming number of the zerg, and haven't the advanced tech of the protoss...

Yes Hybrids have something interesting, at most for single player campaign.. but it's hard to make with them an entire playable race, as it could be difficult to create a race of infested terrans....

Why can't fit? Both Terrans and Protoss have some robotic technology so why can't done the same others?
I don't like much the idea that robotic race is originated by a fusion of terran and protoss...

WC3 introduced some major innovations in RTS genre and was truly different from WC2.
WC3 innovations will not fit with SC, but you'll be sure that there will be other innovations that will make SC2...

You forgot that if a feature is going to be added to a game, you could also add something to balance it.
Example: if siege tank could crush small units under its threads (as marines or zerglings)...

Vulnerability caused by veichle turn time could be easily balanced by the ability to crush smaller unit with some of the largest ground units (tanks, reavers, ultralisks) and with rotating turrets...
