I've known this myself for quite a while and to me they put it in there as a teaser/insult. They also (from what I know) put other models in it like Ultralisks and Wraiths though you have to do editing to format them into a unit.
I've seen a lot of Starcraft units on some Warcraft 3 maps.
If i'm wrong about this then someone please correct me. I mean I just typed in Ultralisk and I see a model of it same with some other units. So either Blizzard put them in the World Edit or I downloaded the models from a map and I guess they automaticly added them or something.

As far as I can remember, those models are not user-made. Blizzard put them in there.

Umm, look at the Sticky. :dot: That movie is not made by Blizz. Those are user-made models cause this was a mod from a long time ago that go closed down by Blizz. That is not SC2.

Anyone who saw that and thought it was Starcraft 2 should be castrated. It's Blizzards way of saying they haven't forgot about the Starcraft Universe. Or to get stupid fanboy's all riled up, that too.

yes when you finished warcraft3 on hard you got this along with the final credits cutscene, you could mainly see marines and hydralisks but i think there might have been some other units just can't remember now.

There were firebats and Zerglings. There's an amazing map on B.Net that is like Starcraft on Warcraft. It has Medics, Ghosts, Bats, Marines, all kinds of stuff. I'm surprised Project Revolution hasn't tried to use some of those characters.

Was it really created by users? I think it was not since it was at the end of the campaign. The mod you are talking about may be the C&C mod and that ain't it.

I'm not saying it's SC2 (it is WC3 with SC models), it's just there to remind fans that they have not forgotten the SC universe and most of all it's there to frustrate SC fans.

I think it's called "Zerg Infestation". It's on B.Net. It's actually really well done. It has Siege Tanks, SCV's, Marines, Bats, Ghosts, Bunkers, a Command Center. I wonder who originally created it.
