I love the NFL, if only because of its parity and equal distribution of resources.

College is great and all, but it's far more difficult to build a program, and it's far more difficult for an established prgoram to falter and slip from the ranks of the elite. I just get a wee bit sick of seeing USC, ND, Ohio State, Texas, etc. year after year.

I like NFL more than College Football, but I had a lot of fun at the Syracuse-Iowa game on Saturday. The result sucked since Cuse had 7 chances to run the ball 1 yard, and they could not, but I'm looking forward to basketball more than football at the Cuse.

NFL
Simply because the NFL balances franchises so no one team can be severly better than the other.
I still love College Football tho.

Ha! Damn right. You from Ohio too or are you a Wolverine pansy? :)
College is much more entertaining. It's a matter of opinion.

NFL because it is just better. Like firehawk said its the same teams that are gonna be good year after year. In the NFL you can have a 4-12 season and then the next one have a 12-4 season.
Don't get me wrong I love college football, but its more the atmosphere of the games then anything. Texas-Ohio State was supposed to be the game of the year and we see 24-7 with fucking Ohio State winning.

The NFL has more parity and better average quality of play.
But...
I don't get half as excited even for Steelers games as I do for Saturday afternoon. It doesn't matter who's playing, SEC, Big Ten, ACC, Big East, Pac 10, whatever, the atmosphere is so much greater at a college game, whether you're there or watching it on TV. NFL games seem much more businesslike.

I have and always will probably favor college athletics over that of professional athletics. College Football is definitely all about the atmosphere, the marching bands, the spirit, the traditions, etc... It's what makes the game so amazing. Not to mention as well that each and every game of the season matters, one loss knocks you out of the national championship, one loss knocks you out of the conference championship, etc.. In my opinion, each game has more meaning than they do in the NFL. It's all about the passion.
Michigan pansy. Ha. In my own opinion, those in Ohio should stop trying to breathe in the air from their coal power plants as all it does for a lot of their fans is to spew out hot air. Admittedly my own personal hatred for Ohio State is not even close to that of many in Ann Arbor, and considering I don't go to U of M personally, it's not even that personal. However, for all of the hate that I don't have for OSU, I have for the University of Toledo. :P
Ah, the joys of college football and its rivalries. :)

college football is way better unless it is like USC vs. South West Mississippi Valley State or something. Then that shit is kinda lame. But I think that those kids play with alot more heart, they have something to prove, which makes for alot more exciting games.

College, and high school for that matter, football players play cause they love the sport. While NFL Players play for the money. If NFL players still played for the love of the sport, they wouldn't care if they were getting payed 1 mil, or 30 mil.
A college player comes out and plays just as hard, if not harder, for only the hope that you're name will be mentioned as a good player after the game.
College > Professional.

A college plays hard so he can get drafted high and make millions of dollars a year.

And the only difference is that the Pro's are already there.

What I think he is saying, however, is that it happens so there really isn't much difference from College to NFL. Pizza please do clarify.
