you don't need to zip a replay to add it here, and they allow rep files to be larger than zip files when attaching it.

Yes but that zip has multiple replays and the total file size is is over 500kb while zipped

You can attach up to 5 replays in 1 post, and each one has its on individual size limit.

The games are played at quite a low level, you only pwn because your opponents are even worse...

3ffa I pwn wid zerg.rep
1st game you did a 7-pool and get gas immediately, then your tech fall behind. I'm no zerg player, but 7-pool is for rushing... Try refering to the buld order archieves

Pvt (daenrr).rep
I'm a protoss player so i can comment more constructively. You built the pylon at 7/9, which is too early. Not a big deal... Then you opened with 2 gates, 2 gateways BO is not too effective againest terran, coz they can wall. Try usin one of the tech builds in the BO archieve. Even if you went 2 gateways, you should use those zealots wisely. Because as you go 2 gateways, your technology will fall behind, and u need to use zealots to harass/attack.

3rd game
Pvt (daenrr)2.rep
you have 2 pylons too fast, try to use your minerals wisely, dont build things which you dont need. You tech too late, and skipped some vital units (dragoons)

i cant see the team ffa games

And try to play better players~

I'm practicing myself. Let me know where I can meet you. Battle.net? I'm not a zerg or protoss player but I can play them pretty well based on the last few games I had. Maybe you can improve your skills fighting with me for a bit.

let me know

as he said there, you can always learn from the pros. but after understanding the techniques the rest is all on under your ability to excecute. It's going to need experience to get there, so if you plan to get really good at SC, you just have to stick with SC and play hard,

Pro Gaming Tour...

Actually I think that might be way too advanced for you ;/

Btw... don't play computers and ask how your general build order is - Just an FYI for future reference.

Computers are horrible to practice any type of "build-order" on; general or otherwise.

computers are fine to get comfortable with a new build...

Hamach is faster. But it has such a narrow skill level...there are only so many players on hamachi, compared to the almighty battle.net

I disagree, because computers only have like one or two build orders they do themselves (all of which are horrible) so you can't see how effective your own build order is.

You can't really tweak your builds against computers either and also it promotes bad habits...

Playing computers will also mess with your sense of timing and learning about other openings as well, which hinders your learning process down as well.

If you play a human and practice the same build order, you will get more comfortable, see what you need to improve on and where you can tweak it. Not to mention it will help you to get better, faster. You will gain valuable experience playing humans that you cannot get when you play computers.

What will end up happening is that you'll practice a build against a computer, get comfortable with it against computers, and then discover that it doesn't work against humans and you're back at square one.

Skip the middle man and play humans instead, you'll get more comfortable faster and aquire more skill faster.

Computers are IMHO a waste of time.

it'll just take longer for the same or more work just learning a new build vs humans than it would vs comps. I'm not talking about countering what he's doing, i'm not talking about the "what if" factors the other player might do, i'm talking about getting used to a build you've never done before. all you want to do is focus on is getting the timing of the build right..

you don't lose your sense of timing. you'll actually pick it up faster (for the actual build).

player's are just distractions, but since you can't play without another player, computers just make it easier to concentrate.

players make cheap moves, talk lots of shit, slam new players for not being good, and leave games before they start, so it might take an hour or more for just 4 games. it's disheartening. better to at least have an idea of what you are going to do before you do it. if you are new and try to play players blind without a clue, then the game will lose its fun because of all the failed attempts..

i'm not talking about playing 50 games trying to perfect it. i'm talking about playing 3-5 games to get used to it. if you screw up with a player, you gotta play out the whole game until you can try it again. it's about learning the feel of the build.

it's what i did.

Practise timing - computers. Practise application - humans. I'd agree with SuperKiller for using computers for the 'first taste' of a build. Past that, however, the human factor is critical to growth as a player.

The "all mighty B.Net" has a very limited skilled/legit playerbase, also. Between money maps, UMS, and hacking...
