View Full Version : Is there any way to get rid of Creep or prevent it from spreading?

I wanted to make a map where spores and turrets can both be used, but I want either the creep created to be removed without killing the spore, or prevent it from growing while not putting it on unplaceable terrain(because I want them to build it, not just have it preplaced)

Is that possible? Not through a way that I can think of, unfortunately. That brings up a good question. Can you spawn a turret by triggers onto a location that has creep over it?

Should be impossible. Stopping creep certainly is with conventional methods, and spawning turrets by trigger would, if possible, be the result of some glitch...

I know there are methods to make creep spawn faster, but not to stop it altogether.

Umm I just came to think about the "lights off" stuff. You can't build on unbuildable ground with these, normally, but MAYBE creep is different. Doubt it though. And, is the place where the spore is located considered creep, too?
